Refund & Return Policy – Nuvetime

At Nuvetime, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All tags, protective films, and packaging are intact

  • You received a wrong, damaged, or defective item

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer

  • Change of mind after opening/using the watch

  • Items purchased on clearance/sale

3. Refund Process

  • If approved, refund will be issued as store credit or exchange (as per your preference)

  • Cash refunds are only provided if the product is verified as defective or wrongly delivered

  • Refund processing may take 3–5 working days

4. Exchange

You may exchange your item for:

  • A different model

  • A replacement of the same model (if defect/wrong item)

5. Return Shipping

  • If the mistake is from our side (defect/wrong item), we cover the return shipping

  • If customer decides to return/exchange for personal reasons, customer pays return shipping

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
